Job Description
MP&L Customer Service Representatives are required to keep open and friendly communications with various customers concerning the movement of products to and from location. Representatives will also control the movement of inventory to and from Tribar. Also required to regulate and minimize the levels of inventory in stock. Create a healthy environment by promoting attitudes of teamwork, pride, quality, and responsibility among associates.
SKILL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Prior manufacturing plant experience is preferred.
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedures.
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
· Prior experience in MP Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Material Release, or Shipping and Receiving.
