    Job Description

    The Advertising Assistant is responsible for creating sales efficiencies and overseeing the day-to-day business requirements related to the production of promotional signage. This position engages and maintains the relationship with our clients customers and the sales pipeline.

    Salary range: $42000 - $48000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Tracking digital marketing campaigns and its performance against clients’ marketing goals using the company dashboard. Identify and report discrepancies to the account team.

    • Support manager with the internal and external communications processes to efficiently promote the clients' products and services.

    • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with clients and vendors.

    • Construct individual assignments for major campaign projects, preparing presentations as necessary.

    • Assist in all aspects of media planning, buying, optimizing, reporting, and reviewing marketing results.

    • Attend business events with superiors.

    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve clients’ marketing goals.

    • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on clients’ deliverables.

    • Provide assistance and reporting to the account team for their daily communication with clients and vendors.

    • Collect sales performance data and input into company database.

    • Research optimization tools and techniques across all media to reach clients’ marketing goals.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • College degree in marketing, economics or business  preferred.

    • Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

    • Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques.

    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

    • Excellent and assertive communication skills.

    • High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within deadlines.

    • Hard working, punctual, team player.
