Your mission is to orchestrate seamless operations and curate a VIP experience for our patients. Take the lead in overseeing staff, streamlining hiring processes, and spearheading training and development initiatives. Elevate patient satisfaction through comprehensive training on office procedures, consistently exceeding expectations, and swift response to feedback. Uphold high staff morale, instill accountability based on core values and productivity standards, and contribute to organizational planning and financial management. Your pivotal role extends to sales and partnerships, ensuring robust referrals, tracking and converting leads, and fostering connections with physicians and referral coordinators. Collaborate closely with the medical billing team, all while upholding strict compliance with legal and medical regulations. Adaptability to evolving responsibilities is a cornerstone of this dynamic role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales: Drive the conversion of prospective leads to schedule initial evaluation appointments.

    Staff Management: Oversee and lead medical receptionists, patient care coordinators, virtual assistants, and PT aides.

    Hiring: Conduct interviews, coordinate compensation offers, and ensure effective onboarding.

    Training: Create and implement systems and programs to onboard new staff, guaranteeing proficiency in policies and procedures.

    Fulfillment and Customer Satisfaction: Train staff for exceptional patient experiences.

    Staff Moral and Accountability: Boost morale, set core value expectations, and monitor productivity.

    Metric Tracking & Reporting: Achieve > 90% Schedule Efficiency and other KPIs.

    Organization, Communication & Planning: Set organization charts, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient communication.

    Collaboration: Drive timely referrals, monitor the achievements of practice partners, and cultivate strategic professional relationships to enhance marketing initiatives.

    Financials: Review financials, set targets, manage budgets, and monitor collections.

    Compliance: Ensure legal and medical compliance, staying updated on regulations.
