    We are looking for a talented and driven Sales & Service Consultant to join our Comptrol Team (a branch of Tribus Aerospace) in Eastlake, OH. As a Sales & Service Consultant, you will be responsible for developing client relationships by offering proposals, following up on offers, accepting orders, and working closely with vendors and operators to ensure our customers receive maximum satisfaction. You will also be responsible for promoting and implementing our linear motion, loadcell, and rod cell ranges.Our perfect recruit will possess some mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential new markets and customer needs in the aerospace industry • Utilize data and analytics to develop sales plans and strategies that target potential customers • Develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers • Prepare presentations and proposals for new and existing customers • Negotiate and close deals with customers and provide support for product delivery, installation, and post-sales services Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field • 3+ years of experience with direct sales, selling into engineering/manufacturing markets • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities • US Work Authorization • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices • Experience using computerized systems for order entry, tracking, and sales management • Proven track record of achieving and consistently exceeding sales targets • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technologies Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
