Sales & Service Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Comptrol Team (Division of Tribus Aerospace) in Eastlake, OH. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by providing proposals, following up on proposals, acknowledging orders, and working with vendors and operations to take care of our customers. You will be responsible for supporting and helping advance our linear motion, loadcell, and rod cell product lines. Our ideal candidate will have some mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential new markets and customer needs in the aerospace industry • Utilize data and analytics to develop sales plans and strategies that target potential customers • Develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers • Prepare presentations and proposals for new and existing customers • Negotiate and close deals with customers and provide support for product delivery, installation, and post-sales services Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field • 3+ years of experience with direct sales, selling into engineering/manufacturing markets • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities • US Work Authorization • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices • Experience using computerized systems for order entry, tracking, and sales management • Proven track record of achieving and consistently exceeding sales targets • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technologies Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
