FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER – CENTRAL FLORIDA REAL ESTATE/DEVELOPMENT CO
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS STRONG ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE.
Preferred experience will include all phases of construction and real estate accounting, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, annual CAM billings, construction draw processing and budgeting.
Essential Functions and competencies include:
- Prepare reports for the CEO on corporate finances
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Financial Management
- Obtain, input and manage financial data
- Review and monitor business transactions
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Ability to multi task and prioritize without supervision
- Payroll and payroll taxes
- Maintain cash management systems
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Oversee applicable State (14) and Federal laws and regulations
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Knowledge of SAGE preferred
- Able to work well with demanding deadlines
- Must possess strong organizational skills
