Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• General knowledge and interest in the aftermarket automotive industry (suspension lift kits, bumpers, wheels & tires, etc.) is a must. We’re not necessarily looking for a mechanic or automotive expert, but rather someone that has an interest in the automotive customization field. This position involves the handling of day-to-day business operations, but offers the opportunity to later move into a commissioned sales role for the right candidate.
• Computer Skills: this role relies heavily upon the use of our automated shop management system
• The ability to lift weight (in excess of 50 lbs)
• A valid driver’s license

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Relationship Management

• Schedule appointments
• Check-in customers/vehicles
• Close-out tickets
• Receive phone calls and customer inquiries

Inventory

• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of parts
• Assist in the management of inventory

Pick-ups and Deliveries

• Pick-up and deliver customer’s vehicles (on a limited basis)

Other Duties

• Conduct other storefront and back office related tasks, as needed.
