JOB DESCRIPTION
THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE IS A CRITICAL PART OF THE CS/SALES TEAM. THIS PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY PROVIDING AN EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF SERVICE WITH EVERY INTERACTION. THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE WILL BE SURROUNDED BY SALES VETERANS AND PARTICIPATE IN HANDS-ON SALES TRAINING WITH THE OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT. BASIC TO ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION IS IDEAL.
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. THE SHIFT IS THURSDAY - MONDAY (8AM-5PM OR 7AM-4PM) OR FRIDAY - TUESDAY (8AM-5PM OR 7AM-4PM).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
DELIVER WORLD-CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICES TO PROSPECTIVE AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR REQUESTS VIA EMAIL
WORK DIRECTLY WITH TRIFECTA CUSTOMERS TO HELP WITH ANY SUBSCRIPTION NEEDS
EDUCATE AND CONSULT CUSTOMERS ON BEST PRACTICES ON HOW TO USE TRIFECTA’S PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE
COLLECT AND MANAGE PRODUCT FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS TO SHARE WITH OUR PRODUCT TEAM AND PARTICIPATE IN CONVERSATIONS ADVOCATING FOR AN IMPROVED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM INITIATIVES, INCLUDING THE CREATION OF KNOWLEDGE, PROCESSES AND TOOLS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF TRIFECTA CUSTOMER SUCCESS
COLLABORATE WITH PEERS ON BEST PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES
PARTICIPATE IN CONTINUOUS NUTRITION EDUCATION AS WELL AS EDUCATE OUR CUSTOMERS ON NUTRITION KNOWLEDGE

REQUIREMENTS
1+ YEARS IN A CUSTOMER SUCCESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT
STRONG EMPATHY FOR CUSTOMERS AND A POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE
SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNOLOGY AND CLOUD-BASED WEB APPLICATIONS
EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A SALES PLATFORM LIKE SALESFORCE.COM
COMFORT WITH A RAPIDLY EVOLVING WORK ENVIRONMENT; WITH EXPERIENCE IN TAKING INITIATIVE
EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, NUTRITION, PSYCHOLOGY, COMMUNICATIONS OR A RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
