Responsibilities
· Problem solving, quoting, and booking customer shipments, working with carriers, working with a team, and building relationships with current customer.
· Ability to utilize web-based software and Microsoft office.
· The ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks at the same time.
· Strong phone and email skills needed to communicate rate quotes and shipment info to drivers/dispatchers/customers and salespeople in a professional manner.
