About the IT Analyst position

Triggerfish Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, skilled IT Analyst who will be responsible for server administration and addressing our clients' technical needs. This position will provide accurate, professional service ensuring client satisfaction. 

You should have high analytical capabilities and have a good understanding of business needs. We also expect you to possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities as well as have hands-on experience with technical projects.

IT Analyst responsibilities are:

• Manage system infrastructure, including databases, testing computer equipment, malware, and other software and hardware 

• Monitor systems daily, diagnose and resolve issues quickly

• Assist in integrating new applications and technical solutions

• Oversee the integration of multiple systems and reconcile needs of clients

• Backup systems and verify backups have been completed

• Easily communicate technical concerns and solutions to people with varying degrees of technical knowledge, as well as work with individuals to help solve technical issues

IT Analyst requirements are:

• 4+ years' experience, working as an IT Analyst, or other relevant position

• Good practical experience with databases, system security and troubleshooting

• Strong communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, or other relevant position
