About the Technical Support Specialist position:
Triggerfish Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. This person would be responsible for providing high-quality troubleshooting on desktop operating systems, implementation and configuration of desktop hardware and software. Work as part of a team to determine project requirements and goals. Utilize effective decision making processes to prioritize daily tasks and assignments. The ideal candidate should be structured and organized. This is a part-time position (24 hours/week), located in Olathe, KS.
