About the Technical Support Specialist position:

Triggerfish Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. This person would be responsible for providing high-quality troubleshooting on desktop operating systems, implementation and configuration of desktop hardware and software.  Work as part of a team to determine project requirements and goals. Utilize effective decision making processes to prioritize daily tasks and assignments.  The ideal candidate should be structured and organized.  This is a part-time position (24 hours/week), located in Olathe, KS. 

The Technical Support Specialist responsibilities are:

• Experience with Desktop PC and Printer hardware
• Able to perform basic technology assessments
• Maintain hardware and install and configure software and drivers
• Monitor and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices
• Ticket documentation and time tracking
• Experience with best practices in IT standards, principles and security practices
• Ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision and self-motivated
• Must demonstrate a "can do" attitude with an aptitude to adapt

THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS ARE:

• Experience working as a Technical Support Specialist or other relevant position
• Experience with computer systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication abilities
• NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS - Windows Server Management, Active Directory and Group Policies, Exchange / Exchange Online (Office 365), Experience Managing Windows File Shares, Networking Experience, Experience with VoIP Systems
