    Job Description

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Support the day-to-day operations of the marketing communications team
    • Manage the smooth execution of marketing communications campaigns, event operations and special projects with a focus on end-to-end optimization from planning and execution to measurement and analysis.
    • Maintain digital platforms, channels and teaming tools
    • Coordinate vendor communications, onboarding, invoicing and planning meetings
    • Assist with presentation and document preparation (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint mainly)
    • Support virtual and in-person events through planning and implementation

    We are looking for an organized, motivated, detail-oriented individual to assist with a variety of projects and content that our team creates, handles and distributes. The candidate will have an unshakeable positive demeanor, impeccable organizational skills, and ability to remain flexible. We are a collaborative team of communicators, and you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and should share our dedication to openness, transparency, and execution.

    • B.A in Communications, Media or related field
    • 2+ years of client-side or agency experience in a communications or marketing role
    • Experience analyzing results and making recommendations for improvement with web and media monitoring tools, such as Google Analytics, etc.
    • Outstanding campaign management and communication skills
    • Highly analytical and data-driven
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • A forward thinker who assumes responsibility and takes initiative
    • Self-driven with a desire to experiment, fail, learn and grow
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
