The HR Generalist will be responsible for:

• Responding to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, payroll, and benefits
• Assist with recruitment and hiring process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting phone screens and reference check, and assisting with selection process
• Preparing employees for assignments by communicating pre-employment information and conducting orientation
• Administering payroll submission, monitoring and scheduling pay actions
• Maintaining employee benefits programs
• Maintaining historical human resource records 
• Compiling company newsletter
• Fulfilling office manager duties as required
• Coordinating employee engagement and team building events

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred
