The Revenue Analyst Specialist (RAS) is responsible for achieving maximum revenue by analyzing financial reports and data and developing and implementing effective revenue plans alongside the Business Development team to ensure that revenue maximization is successful. The RAS supplies effective operating reports to enable the consistent delivery of our revenue targets.

Expected workload is 20 hours per week with flexible hours during the week / weekend.

ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the President & VP of Sales:

Provide the necessary and accurate reporting to Business Development team including:

Pro Forma Development

Consolidating current operating metrics

Recommend and monitor appropriate pricing responding to short, medium, and long-term business needs.

Measure and analyze booking trends, pickup, no shows, source of business, rate strategy tiers and day of week strategies.

Provide support for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Exceptional computer literacy, with ability to build simple to highly complex spreadsheets and familiarity with Excel, browser, email and document applications and related programs.

Computer software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Must have good organizational skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking.

Strong proficiency in statistical and competitive analysis.

Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to present collected data and other business intelligence information in a concise, well-organized manner.

Exceptional service orientation, with keen ability to focus and deliver on client needs.

Reliable, ethical and responsible character, with exceptional follow up and attention to detail.
