Job Summary The Corporate Marketing Manager (CMM) is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Marketing with the planning, creation, implementation, execution, and coordination of marketing plans for Trilogy Spa Holdings. The CMM is also responsible for the day-to-day/tactical marketing for Trilogy Spa Holdings, including working with on-property Spa Directors and property marketing teams to effectively market each spa. This role oversees and manages the third party support - marketing contractors, including visual designers, digital consultants, and others, as required. This role executes online and offline (digital media, email, print, direct mail, and social media) marketing initiatives, including integrated quarterly and ad hoc campaigns.
This is a Remote/Work From Home position with the expectation of meeting in the Home Office every Thursday (or as needed). The ideal candidate will live within the Phoenix Metro area.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Plans:
Manage and implement quarterly marketing campaigns by coordinating the campaign matrix (roadmap, calendar, deliverables, priorities, and timelines) with all stakeholders (Spa Director, Property Marketing Team, and supporting agencies).
Oversee creative/print request process in partnership, and work with designer for overall direction of creative projects, as part of marketing matrix execution.
Serve as direct contact between property marketing teams and Spa Directors.
Manage the training sessions for new Spa Directors on marketing processes and procedures.
Train and educate support teams on all brand and property specifics, including guidelines, brand voice, and guest/clientele journey.
Manage monthly creative design/print budget.
Support with creative design in-house for non-budgeted items that cannot accommodate a designer (Canva).
Social and Digital:
Liaise with Trilogy social media marketing team member and social media agency to ensure social media is effectively integrated into marketing plans.
Manage, review and direct the marketing support team in creating monthly emails, journey/drip email campaigns via email management program.
Create/updated various forms of content including landing pages, web copy, email messages, blogs and digital assets.
Support with SEO, keyword research, and optimization.
Input tracking, measure, and report on digital and email marketing performance.
Public Relations
Assist with managing PR support teams and tactical PR plan oversight.
Connect directly with writers and editors to manage and organize potential feature/coverage.
Gather and catalog all awards/press clippings.
Partnerships:
Assist in managing local spa partnership initiatives and offers, ensuring positive ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with a major in hospitality, communications, public relations, marketing, business, or similar equivalent; or 2-year degree with relevant marketing, spa, or hospitality experience.
Minimum experience: 3- 5 years experience in a marketing role.
Computer software skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with WordPress, Demandforce, Flowdesk, Infinity, or Canva a plus.
Must be a creative and innovative thinker.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Impeccable writing and editing skills, with a high attention to detail.
Self-motivated and strong work ethic to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to manage time and meet multiple overlapping deadlines.
Budget-management skills and proficiency required.
Must have a “can-do attitude” in an ever-changing and fast past environment.
Hotel & Spa or Luxury Retail Brand experience a plus.
Some travel required.
