Job Responsibilities:
- Construct, operate, and maintain IT infrastructure, including network server rooms, servers, ensuring robust performance and security.
- Deliver high-quality IT services adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the ITIL framework, covering user accounts, computing devices, printers, telephony, conferencing systems, and other IT applications.
- Manage IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle, complete with thorough documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate in the deployment of IT projects, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
- Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the department head, supporting a wide range of IT functions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven more than 3-5 years experiences as an IT Engineer, Network Engineer, System Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experiences on network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, SD-WAN, VPN, OSPF/IS-IS and MPLS related technologies.
- Hands-on experience of network devices, such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, H3C, and other vendors.
- Hands on experience Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- IT Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, PMP, etc.) will be viewed favorably.
- Autonomous work ethic with the capacity to engage effectively in team settings.
