We are currently seeking an Online Marketing Associate who has experience doing CONTENT MARKETING for our corporate office in IRVINE, CA. The selected candidate will be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company, and have experience managing marketing programs across multiple offices or on a national scale, and take charge of marketing disciplines including:

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and compile company calling lists
- Write internal and external communication pieces – often in the form of newsletters, press releases, email blasts, articles, etc.
- You will collaborate with fellow employees on projects – you will most often work with marketing, sales and project management teams
- Involvement in the ideation / concept development process for Trinet marketing projects and some client projects
- Oversee our marketing intern program and train/schedule interns
- Write SEO articles and new whitepapers
- Create PowerPoint presentations for tradeshows
- Manage the Trinet social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Update marketing case studies, PowerPoints, and Trinet's online portfolio
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage the logistics of various events throughout the year

- Interest/background in the non-profit and/or ministry vertical helpful

Required Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience working in e-marketing/agency marketing position
- 1-2 years, hands-on experience with managing campaigns across multiple online channels
- Experience writing for PR (Press Releases, Email Blasts, Collateral, etc…)
