We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING SPECIALIST to lead our company! You will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction.

This position would work closely with Marketing Specialists to identify and develop new streams of revenue for clients through UNIQUE advertising strategies including sales, promotions, and innovative marketing solutions. The Junior Level Marketing Executive would create and execute these campaigns and convey the promotions to each respective target market within a dynamic team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Set the company's strategy and direction  Create and build the company's culture  Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals  Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights  Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.  Marketing opportunity for revenue  Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication  Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral  Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories

​​QUALIFICATIONS:  Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service preferred  Strong leadership qualities  Strong integrity and accountability  Strong negotiation skills  Ability to handle pressure in a face-paced environment  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

NOTE:  18 years +  High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred but not required  Must be eligible to work in the US

No experience necessary. As full training program will be provided to the ideal candidate.
