Sales Office Admin

Salary Range $46,000-$50,000

We are looking for a dedicated customer-focused Sales Office Admin to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Sales Admin is an integral part of our operations providing support through various departments.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service.

Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.

Appointment setter and lead intake professional.

Weekly Sales reports.

Provide Administrative support to our sales and finance departments.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative experience.

Experience in appointment setting and lead intake.

Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, partners, and employees.

Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).

High-level customer service experience directly with customers.

Strong experience using MS Excel.

AccuLynx experience nice to have.

Willing to undergo a background check.
