TRINITY is a leading global in-store marketing firm designing, sourcing, and producing retail Fixtures that often have LED Lighting as well as Technology embedded in them.

TRINITY is seeking a Jr. Accountant with a good understanding of accounting practices, good organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to work well with others, and MUST BE knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Vantage ERP system a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Jr. Accountant will maintain records of financial transactions and daily record-keeping. The responsibility of the company's bookkeeping/account activities includes, receivable, payables, 1099, IT-201, quarterly sales tax, vendor invoice entry, customer billing, collections, assisting with HR onboarding, benefits, and administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Material Billing, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, BOL, Receipts, and Customer/Vendor Management
• Full Cycle AP
• Daily Bank Deposits
• Travel and Expense Reports
• Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable Follow up
• Chargebacks, Credit Memos, Debit Memos
• W-9 and IT -201 forms
• Commission Report
• Inventory
• Journal Entries
• Assist with Month End Closing
• Onboard Processing
• Assist with Annual renewal of benefits and Insurance Coverages.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

• Bookkeeping Experience minimum of 2 years
• Quick with numbers and computer savvy
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• High Degree of Accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Associate Degree in Accounting minimum preferred
