Job Description:
Patrols interiors and exteriors of the property throughout shift and ensures overall security of the premises by:
Ensuring main building doors, windows and amenity spaces are properly locked and/or secured after-hours
Ensuring nonresident trespassers are asked to leave property at night and notifying/working with police to remove non-compliant trespassers from property as necessary
Addressing noise issues or other lease violations caused by residents and/or guests of residents
Assisting with after-hours resident lockouts
Drafting detailed nightly recaps and incident reports sent to Manager or appropriate team members for resident or emergency occurrences during shift
Notifying After-Hours Emergency Maintenance and working with on-site team to ensure after-hours maintenance emergencies are addressed by the proper team members
Providing superior customer service
Adhere to the Trinity operating procedures and policies
Demonstrate ability to resolve customer/resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the proper department, team member or Manager
Additional tasks or duties assigned by Leasing and Operations Manager and Community Manager
Special Requirements:
Physical Demands:
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to walk for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
This position is a full-time position and will require the availability to work nights or weekends and occasional holidays. The position may also require occasional attendance at company functions and events.

Qualifications:
Computer Skills:
Basic computer and Internet knowledge
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Learning and Development:
Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our company’s continuing education programs.
Education:
High school education or equivalent is required
Accurately use all on-site resident management software functions
Professional Experience:
Previous night patrol or security guard experience preferred
