    Job Description:

    Our Employee Experience team is growing, and we are looking for a Employee Experience Partner to join us and assist us in creating a supportive and engaging experience for our team members. This role will be an essential partnership with management and the site teams of several multi-state locations.

    You’ll have your hands in every part of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, coaching, performance management and development, diversity inclusion, employee engagement initiatives, offboarding, system support and driving people related analytics.     Essential Functions:

    Skills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects and vendors. Other essential skills include, but are not limited to:

    Build positive relationships with management and employees through coaching and high levels of collaboration.

    Serve as a point of contact to support employees regarding employee feedback, concerns and general people support.

    Proactively listen to issues arising from team members, help to identify trends, and provide recommendations related to engagement strategy, workforce planning and leadership development.

    Analyzes data and metrics in partnership with the Employee Experience Director to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning.

    Actively support efforts around conflict resolution, escalating any complex or high-risk concerns as appropriate.

    Support managers in development of employees, documentation of performance, disciplinary action and assessment of opportunities for improvement.

    Support with process and system enhancements and management.

    Facilitate new hire check-ins to ensure a positive and seamless onboarding process.

    Manage the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and tracking feedback to analyze and action plan against any areas of opportunity.

    Partner with the Director of Employee experience on revamping the performance management process.

    Partner with the Training team on developing and facilitating leadership, soft-skills, emotional intelligence and related training and workshops for team members and leaders.

    Champion a thoughtful, engaging and impactful culture by demonstrating alignment between values and behaviors.

    Support various other responsibilities including but not limited to supporting Social Governance and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.

    Special Requirements:

    Attendance/Travel:

    This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work flexible hours occasionally. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is expected.

    Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree required

    PHR, SPHR or SHRM Certification preferred

    Experience

    3-5 Years of Experience in Human Resources

    Previous experience with multi-state law preferred

    Computer Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    HRIS experience preferred

    Other:

    Strong organizational, time management, customer service and project management skills

    Must be comfortable clearly communicating across all levels and businesses
