    The selected Vice President of Marketing will partner with the Executive team to drive the organization’s vision while identifying, developing, and implementing Marketing best practices, policies, and procedures across the organization.

    The VP of Marketing will lead a multifaceted Marketing team and will provide high-level leadership and decision-making around Trinity Property Consultant’s digital, creative and branding Marketing strategy, in addition to managing vendor relations and overseeing PMS administration.

    The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience leading a Marketing team within the multifamily industry, with strong digital Marketing skills, and extensive experience working with Entrata Core Suite.

    This position will be located in our Irvine, CA office and the candidate must be local or willing to relocate for this position within an agreed upon timeline.

    Responsibilities:

    Directs all Marketing efforts for Trinity Property Consultants and related divisions.

    Oversees Property Management System Administration, specifically within Entrata Core Suite.

    Manages, leads, and coaches a high-performing team of Marketing professionals.

    Works closely with the Executive team to ensure the organization’s vision is executed through branding efforts.

    Oversees the creation and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and drive traffic to properties within the portfolio.

    Drives a strategic online presence via marketing and branding platforms, social media sites, the company website(s), and rating and review sites, while ensuring Trinity Property Consultant’s image and reputation is represented correctly and consistently.

    Oversees creative direction and content creation by working with in-house Graphic Designer and selecting outside vendors to create print and online brand collateral.

    Ensures adherence to company brand standards within product types; Social, Renew and Arrive, validating all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with and reinforce the specific asset’s brand.

    Responsible for collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short and long-term forecasts and reports.

    Manages Marketing budget, delegates cost, regularly runs analytics and reports to ensure Marketing strategies are effective and driving ROI.

    Develops and implements business analytics and KPIs for department.

    Collaborates with and manages relationships with Marketing vendor and industry partners.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in Marketing or Communications

    Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a VP or Director of Marketing role within multifamily industry

    Experience managing PMS including Entrata Core Suite

    Experience and strong background in Digital Marketing, must have understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, SEO, PPC, Retargeting and UTM parameters

    Strong understanding of design fundamentals in relationship to branding

    Computer Skills:

    Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

    Extensive computer and internet knowledge

    Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or other design programs.

    Knowledge of the following programs: Entrata Core Suite, Yardi and multifamily reputation management programs

    Physical Demands:

    The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands as well as talk and hear. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

    Attendance/Travel:

    This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

    Up to 35% national travel expected.
