Responsibilities:
Direct all aspects of the LRO revenue management program
o Function as company expert for revenue management and LRO related inquiries
o Host calls to discuss property performance, position, and pricing changes
o Lead LRO setup & implementation process on newly acquired properties
o Maintain LRO parameters in accordance to seasonality and property goals
o Improve upon current best practices (configuration, parameter management, and business processes) related to revenue management and LRO
Assist in the preparation and review of yearly budgets
Develop property strategies to optimize net operating income
Prepare and negotiate contracts to manage and improve ancillary revenue streams
Review financial statements and create operating budgets for potential new acquisitions
Qualifications:
3 years of LRO specific revenue management experience
4+ years in multi-family real estate
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to make informed decisions under tight deadlines
Education:
BA/BS degree. Preferably in Business, Management, Accounting, or Finance
