    The Operations Analyst will be located in our Irvine, California office and work closely with our Executive Vice President on many important initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop property strategies to optimize net operating income

    Prepare and negotiate contracts to manage and improve ancillary revenue streams

    Assist in the annual budgeting/forecasting processes

    Assist in the annual lender required reporting processes

    Review financial statements and create operating budgets for potential new acquisitions

    Work with the Revenue Manager in management and implementation of the dynamic pricing program and policies

    Qualifications:

    Time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely

    Computer Skills:

    Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge

    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    Learning and Development:

    Education:

    BA/BS degree. Preferably in Business, Management, Accounting, or Finance

    Professional Experience:

    1-3 years business experience in a similar

    Physical Demands:

    Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

    Attendance/Travel:

    This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays as well as occasionally traveling to other locations. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required
