Campus Recruiter and Internship Program Coordinator
Job Description:

This position will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with a multitude of universities and placing Interns at locations across the US. The selected candidate will also coordinate the Real Estate Management Internship, Student Housing Operations Internship, Future Leadership program and assist with other Internships across Trinity Property Consultants and its affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate on-campus career fairs and events including registration, attendees, materials, interviews, hiring process
Represent Trinity Property Consultants on-campus or virtually by presenting class talks, club talks, attending board meetings, on-campus interview days, career fairs and other events
Screen resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews for Intern candidates
Manage campus collateral and ship recruiting supplies to universities
Track Internship expenses and submit for reimbursement
Post jobs on multiple sites
Research and recommend strategies to increase underrepresented minority talent in the pipeline
Research universities and organizations that align with recruitment goals and build relationships with key players
Successfully achieve internship program recruitment goals each year
Assist with Recruiting Department administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Coordinate Summer Internships and Future Leadership Program including:
Coordinate offer letters and new hire paperwork
Coordinate internship placements and work with onsite Managers to ensure housing is secure for selected Interns
Coordinate Internship kick-off calls, mentor calls, mid-reviews and exit interviews
Coordinate Internship rotations, including Regional and Corporate week
Plan and attend Internship program events
Serve as point of contact for Managers and Interns throughout the hiring process and during the Internship
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a successful and smooth internship process for each Intern
Propose & implement enhancements to campus recruitment and internship program strategy & process
Requirements:
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Professional Experience:
2-5 years’ Recruiting experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
2 years’ Campus Recruiting/ Internship Coordination experience
Familiarity sourcing jobs in sales, retail, and/or Property Management industries

Physical Demands:
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays as well as occasionally traveling to other locations. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.
Ability to travel nationally up to 60% during campus recruitment season.
Must live near major airport.
