This position will play a pivotal role within the Recruiting Department by providing administrative support for Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and confirm virtual, phone, and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Process candidate pre-screen documents and paperwork, creating a great candidate experience
Post full-time jobs on multiple job boards and sites, ensuring accurate company branding
Update applicant tracking system on a regular basis
Coordinate on-campus career fairs and events including registration, attendees, shipping of materials, scheduling interviews
Coordinate other events such as career fairs onsite
Assist with creating flyers in Canva
Pull reporting and create Excel spreadsheets as requested
Assist with coordinating Summer Internship Programs including:
Offer letters and new hire paperwork
Housing arrangements
Internship kick-off calls, mentor calls, mid-reviews, and exit interviews
Assist with Recruiting administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Additional responsibilities may include:
Attend on-campus and company events as a recruitment ambassador for Trinity Property Consultants
Conduct pre-screen interviews of Intern or entry-level candidates
Research and recommend strategies to increase underrepresented minority talent in the pipeline
Assist with candidate sourcing
Arrange and book travel
Requirements:
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems
Canva experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Professional Experience:
1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience
2 years’ experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
Additional Skills Required:
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Polished written/verbal communication skills
Physical Demands:
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays as well as occasionally traveling to other locations. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.
Occasional travel will be required.
