    Job Description:

    The Innovation and Technology Analyst will work with internal and external partners to understand, research and make recommendations around emerging trends in Real Estate and Property Management. The Analyst will not only be aware of but will also evaluate and build business cases for new solutions and technologies that will be incorporated into Trinity Property Consultants and related companies. This position will be responsible to stay in-tune with the industry by attending events and trade-shows, as well as building strong internal and external connections within the industry.

    Duties include:

    Research emerging trends, solutions, products and vendors in Real Estate and Property Management space

    Collaborate internally with leadership team and department heads to understand their goals, objectives, wants and needs

    Research and partner with 3rd party vendors in the Technology space to understand up and coming products and innovations within the industry

    Meet with vendors to evaluate their products, solutions, features, functions and cost

    Assemble research that will be delivered to leadership, comparing the product options, as well as make recommendations

    Attend trade shows and other industry events to keep up with emerging trends

    Participate and partner with internal departments in the implementation of selected innovations

    Other special projects and assignments as needed

    Special Requirements:

    Physical Demands:

    The employee will be regularly required to sit; stand; walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.

    Attendance/Travel:

    This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

    30% national travel

    Time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely

    Willingness to travel nationally, up to 30%

    Qualifications:

    Computer Skills:

    Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge

    Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype for Business

    Ability to review, analyze, interpret and present data to C-Levels

    Learning and Development:

    Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our Companies continuing education programs

    Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions

    Professional Experience:

    Property Management or Real Estate experience and knowledge preferred

    Research and Analyst background preferred

    Polished written/verbal communication skills

    Strong relationship builder and brand ambassador

    Collaborative abilities

    Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced and high demand environment

    Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

    3-5 years business experience
