Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager

Be part of the fast-paced, enthusiastic Marketing Team. Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, the SEM Manager will support the overall mission, strategic goals, and the company objectives by overseeing all digital marketing-related initiatives. Our goal is to fill occupancy!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In This Role You'll Get To:
Own and execute strategy across paid Google advertising channels as well as other marketing channels (Google Search, Google Display, Geofencing, Bing Search, just to name a few)
Own and execute strategy across Social Media advertising channels as well as other marketing channels (FB/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, just to name a few)
Optimize channel performance and scale growth efficiently
Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and marketplace trends
Analyze and contribute to high level daily, weekly, and monthly channel reporting
Work closely with web development teams to enhance our user experience and improve performance
Make strategic recommendations around best practices and learnings from channel performance
Work with operations teams to support strong budget management and oversight of campaigns
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of work experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
2+ years of work experience with Google Search and Display
Google Ads Certified
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excel expertise: SQL or Google Data Studio experience is a plus!
An understanding of real estate industry is preferred, but not required
An understanding of website metrics, display advertising, SEO/SEM, and best practices
BA/BS in quantitative fields, marketing, or something related
Skill in managing projects with multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Both an independent nature and ability to work productively with internal staff in an evolving work environment
Ability to communicate with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Works effectively with a wide range of people, including media, investor members, volunteers, staff members, parents, business leaders, and community donors
Experience collaborating with graphic designers, overseeing collateral publication, and publication design (basic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus!)
Physical Demands:
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer.
Attendance/Travel:
This is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays as well as occasionally traveling to other locations. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events may also be required.
