The Analyst will ensure that facilities management standards are achieved and sustained for all functions within the organization. This role will monitor the activity and productivity of the facilities management team, analyze budgets, facilitate ongoing reporting, and will also provide administrative support, as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Assist in the organization and analysis of facilities management data

    · Regularly review contracts, reports, and financial statements for accuracy, and recommend solutions for potential issues found

    · Responsible for ongoing reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)

    · Monitor data integrity through various methods and assist with corrections

    · Gather and review data for projects

    · Establish a process for storing digital files and facilitate ongoing organization of shared documents

    · Attend calls with the management team and take detailed notes

    · Assist with creating templates and workflow processes, as requested

    · Additional responsibilities and projects to be assigned, as needed

    Qualifications:

    Professional Experience:

    · 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst or in a similar role preferred

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task

    · Capable of handling high stress situations effectively

    · Ability to prioritize workload in an ever-changing environment, while managing projects effectively and accurately

    · Ability to maintain quality work and meet required timelines

    · Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cohesive team

    Education:

    · BA/BS degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Management, Accounting, Construction Management, or Engineering

    · Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all property management software functions

    Computer Skills:

    · Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge

    Robust knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi and Entrata

    Physical Demands:

    · The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
