Small retailer of sewer inspection equipment located in Marietta, GA seeks full charge bookkeeper through General Ledger including A/R, A/P and collection. this person must be proficient in QuickBooks, work well with others, and work well without direct supervision. Responsibilities Account Receivables: Maintain customer records, Maintain jobs by year spread sheet Account Payables: Maintain vendor records, make payment to vendors in as timely a manner as possible. Payrool: maintain employee records, insure that all employees are paid correctly, insure payroll is funded adequately, maintain employee vacation records and insurance records and assist with any insurance-related issue. General Ledger: maintain general accounts and insure they are in balance. Other Duties: insure bank accounts are funned sufficiently, maintain sufficient balance in Petty Cash, maintain company records.
