JOB DESCRIPTION – QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the overall quality of the Trionfo platform and will play a key role in continuing to refine and improve our platform. The individual will have sound knowledge and experience in quality assurance methods and principles. The QA Analyst will help define and implement testing standards and best practices. In addition, this role will be responsible for determining whether applications meet Trionfo’s quality standards using manual and automated testing methods.
JOB SUMMARY:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
5+ years experience as a Quality Software Analyst, or related role
1+ years experience performing automated testing, desirable
Experience working within the insurance domain, desirable
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Test Management tools
Understanding of various project management techniques (e.g. waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban)
Proven Problem Solving and Investigative skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
