JOB DESCRIPTION:
TRIPHEN TECHNOLOGIES IS A FAST GROWING TECHNOLOGY MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER BASED OUT OF BURBANK, CA. WE SPECIALIZE IN HOSPITALITY AND RETAIL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS AND IT SERVICES BY PROVIDING SOFTWARE, HARDWARE AND IT SERVICES TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, NIGHTCLUBS AND RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS LOOKING TO BETTER THEIR EFFICIENCY AND COMPLIANCE THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN A FAST PACED AND EVER-CHANGING INDUSTRY. WE ARE CURRENTLY IN SEARCH OF A NEW TEAM MEMBER WHO CAN QUICKLY HELP ONBOARD CUSTOMERS BY BUILDING THEIR DATABASE/MENU. ALL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
BACHELOR’S/UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE
RESTAURANT AND/OR RETAIL POINT OF SALE SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
SPEAKING WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS
DATA ENTRY AND DATA IMPORT OF MENU ITEMS, PRICES, EMPLOYEES
MENU AND PRICING UPDATES FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
COLLABORATE WITH THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM AND ADVISE ON BEST PRACTICES FOR BUILT POS MENUS
IMPLEMENT FEEDBACK AND CHANGES WHEN APPROPRIATE
QA MENUS FOR DESIGN OR PROCESS ERRORS
REQUIREMENTS:
HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD PERSONALITY
TYPE 60 WORDS PER MINUTE WITH ABOVE 90% ACCURACY
EXCELLENT WRITING AND GRAMMAR SKILLS
EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS
DETAIL ORIENTED
UNDERSTANDING THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF COMPUTERS
UNDERSTANDING THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF RESTAURANT MENUS (ITEMS, MODIFIERS, PRINTING)
TEAM PLAYER WHO ENJOYS WORKING WITH OTHERS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE COMPANY
