Come grow with us! We are looking to hire full-time Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with initiative and a desire to succeed. Triple Crown Products is a distributor of embroidered and silk-screened garments and a supplier of promotional products seeking qualified individuals to join our team.

We are looking to add aggressive, motivated, and dynamic salespersons to learn sales from the ground up. You will create and manage new leads and existing accounts. In this role you will be trained to develop accounts as well as soliciting business from an established account base and new prospects. The position would require you to be able to communicate well over the phone and via e-mail, close on sales and provide outstanding customer service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must have a clear driving record.

SALARY:

• Commission Pay available as well!!
• THE POSITION OFFERS A BASE PAY DURING THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT WHILE YOUR LEARN OUR PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES AND BUILD YOUR ACCOUNT BASE. AFTER 12 MONTHS, SALES APPRENTICES CAN REAP THE REWARDS OF AN HOURLY RATE PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUSES THEREAFTER.

• 8 hour shift
