Job Description
Crushr is looking for a sales representative to sell a service using state of the art technology that is changing the commercial waste hauling business. Our B2B service helps customers save money while improving their operational efficiency. This product sells itself and we need more sales representatives to get the word out.
• The representative will be provided some leads but will primarily be responsible for identifying and generating new leads and proactively prospecting and selling the service to new customers. • The sales representative will also be responsible for building, maintaining and growing long-term relationships with existing clients and meeting targeted sales and retention goals. • Some sales training will be provided as well as access to CRM software with training. • This is an early stage, high growth company and there will be opportunities for promotion and growth. • Will report to co-owner/manager and will receive guidance from the other sales representatives.
Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives on interacting with people. • Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly when speaking and writing. • Ability to keep detailed records of customer contact in CRM system. • Desire to have a hands on experience. • No sales experience necessary for the right individual, but sales experience is a plus. • No travel required.
