· They are looking for a Citrix person, though it’s not heavily outlined in the job description- everything else listed in secondary also spme experience with Firmware upgrades, and patching for NetScaler. Must have 2+ years exp with any hands-on Redhat Linux · Healthcare organizations tend to have a similar Citrix environment so that is a good industry to recruit from (I.e., Planned Parenthood) · Look for at least version 7 of Citrix

· Must have extensive Citrix experience within last 2-3 yrs · Ideally needs NetScaler or Citrix ADC experience (this is one in the same, product name has changed back and forth). Version isn't necessarily as important here. Could ask what series it was, they should come back saying something like SDX, MPX or VPX (model number not important, most likely if they know one or more of those series names they have worked with the product)

Review your experience with Citrix products

1. Needs to be XenApp/XenDesktop/Virtual Apps and Desktop (the offering from Citrix has changed names over the years so you can get a couple of different answers here). XenMobile is NOT what we are looking for.

What is the latest version of Citrix you have worked with?

1. It needs to be at minimum a 7.x, ideally one of the more current versions. This one is hard to quantify as Citrix moved from a 7.x number to a build number. Here is a link to Citrix page, ideally it's something that is 7.15 LTSR or newer.

What VDI delivery models have you deployed?

1. Looking for published App, shared desktop, pooled desktop, personal desktop, persistent and/or non-persistent

What are the two (2) primary provisioning methods for image management?

1. Looking for PVS and MCS
