Triton Logistics Inc. - a well-established and successful transportation company is seeking a motivated and dependable LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)  to work from our office in Romeoville, IL. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help manage current customer accounts
• Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Solve freight problems and help resolve issues
• Set up shipments as required by customers

SKILLS

• Excellent communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work in teams

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Logistics industry experience is preferred
• Customer service experience required
