Job Summary

We are a dedicated billing company committed to assembling a team of excellence-driven individuals. Currently, we are in search of an Independent Contractor to assume the role as a hybrid-remote Dental Billing Specialist at our Mesa, Arizona location.

We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are excellent at managing their time. In the role of being a medical biller you will support your clients by working to collect what is owed and properly follow up on the outstanding claims.

Expectations and Commitment

As an Independent Contractor, it is essential that you possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in dental billing. You should be fully capable of executing all related functions using dental software. You need to be proficient in claim submission, insurance payment posting, contractual adjustment posting and appealing claims.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years dental insurance billing experience is required.

Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, including an established system for tracking claims.

Deep understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and proficiency in accurately posting payments and adjustments.

Self-directed with effective goal-setting and the ability to work independently.

Highly disciplined and detail-oriented, with the capacity to quickly and efficiently review account ledgers, payments, and EOBs to ensure accurate payments and adjustments.
