Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the eyewear industry! 

Triumph Optical is a national wholesale distributor of designer eyewear and optical accessories. Triumph Optical has been in business for 31 years with an excellent reputation. We are located in Highland Park, California.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for making phone sales calls, and helping customers by providing product information and resolving technical issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call existing and new customers to make sales
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full time position - Monday- Friday- 8:30 am- 5 Pm
