What you’ll do
The duties of the Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and process expense reports from domestic and international travel
- Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed
- Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations, etc.) if required
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
- Help organize research packets for management meetings and weekend reading
- As a startup there are no defined boundaries if you want to take on more responsibility it is encouraged

WHAT’S REQUIRED
A successful candidate will be self-starting, motivated and efficient, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
- Develop strong working relationships with others across the Firm
- Ability to think outside of the box and act with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail; can keep track of multiple projects and work through abstract issues in an organized and efficient manner
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Persistence to follow through to completion of tasks despite challenges or roadblocks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to anticipate work, multi-task, and prioritize assignments
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with people of all levels in a confident and professional manner
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
