Customer Care Representative I (Remote or Hybrid Available)
Job Description
SUMMARY
Responds to customer calls, assessing a customer's issue(s) and determine the most effective solution(s) to resolve a customer's problems. Troubleshoot product complaint calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (Other duties may be assigned.)
· Clear and eloquent communication skills required.
· Answer inbound and outbound calls/emails in a timely and friendly manner
· Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them
· Respond to the needs of customers
· Research needed information using available resources
· Provide product training and troubleshooting for all Trividia Health products
· Critical listening to determine customers issues
· Logical call handling
· Route calls to other team members whenever needed
· Advanced computer and typing skills for logging customer interactions into a Complaint Handling database.
· Follow-up on customer calls
· Self-starter and responsible for daily tasks
· Responsible staying update with new procedures and processes

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
· 1-2 years call center experience preferred. )
· Prior healthcare related call center experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence accurately. Ability to communicate effectively on the phone talking to customers. Being bilingual in Spanish a plus.
