Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Coordinate with the management team to maintain a food and beverage budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Maintain organized and business driven schedules
Keep updated new hire materials for new employees, ensure all certifications are updated
Create and execute effective training programs
Maintain sound inventory control
Dress and act professionally each day to set a good example for all employees
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Understanding of popular sports teams, leagues and programming
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
