ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using “Tropitude” (Tropitude is our “mojo” and what makes Tropical Smoothie Cafe fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits our café.
Prepares fresh ingredients and assembles and serving fresh food and smoothies.
Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, and any other areas in the cafe using our sanitization practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment with the ability to multi-task.
ADDITIONAL:
Must be able to work various shifts and be available weekdays and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to learn quickly and handle work at a VERY busy environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must live no further than 15-20 min drive from store.
Minimum Age 18+.
