Job Description

Our global CPG company, with a presence in over 100 countries, is looking for an International Supply Chain Specialist to enhance our supply chain operations and meet the growing demands of our international markets. This role requires in-office presence in Lehi, UT, and offers a unique opportunity to drive significant impact on our global supply network.

• Contribute to international logistics and supply chain strategies to support global market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Oversee 3PL functions at international locations including inventory, order flow, and performance metrics.
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with international supply chain operations.
• Work closely with the Sr. Director of Global Expansion to streamline supply chain processes as we expand into new regions.
• Report to management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Qualifications

We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of supply chain management experience, focusing on international operations.
• Experience in 3PL sourcing and management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management software.
• Experience in HTS codes and customs compliance
