Job Description
The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, with a strong background in manufacturing. They should possess expertise in QuickBooks, invoicing, accounts payable, cash management, and payroll. International (Asia) and HR experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Generate and analyze financial statements (monthly and quarterly), providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow (USD and RMB) and liquidity, optimize working capital, and minimize financial risk.
- Execute invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Execute accounts payable functions, including vendor management and payment processing.
- Administer payroll activities, including payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with factory’s finance departments.
