Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Compliantly arrange shipping details for palletized orders.
• Track and trace shipments and address inefficiencies to ensure compliant delivery.
• Investigate and contest customer claims and shortages with carriers/logistics' providers.
• Properly communicated through email (Outlook), Microsoft Teams, etc.
