Job Description
As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll coordinate customer engagement across multiple communication channels. You’ll work closely with the other Customer Service team members to engage with our customers and strategically improve our customer experience offering. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to develop and track customer engagement across these channels. These tasks require strong written and verbal communication skills, CX experience, and a proactive work ethic.
