Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Assist content team in optimizing the use of pre-existing content
• Take on various tasks to allow content team to focus on high level strategy and execution
• Identify market opportunities, upcoming trends, and competitive opportunities
• Expand social media presence across all brands (focus on TikTok specifically)
• Respond to initial influencer requests in marketing inboxes
• Maintain content team project statuses
• Curate lists of potential content creators across all social platforms and make initial contact
• Produce creative ideation to take company brands to the next level

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Ability to commit 15-20 hours per week
• Must have a deep knowledge of Instagram, Youtube, TikTok + emerging trends
• Creative thinker with the ability to execute quickly
• Very strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Resourceful and proactive self-starter
• A healthy addiction to pop culture with an interest and understanding of the industry, entertainment, influencers, fashion, wellness, fitness, etc.
