    Trowbridge & Trowbridge is seeking a Program Manager to join our outstanding T&T team in Fort Lee, VA.
     
    Position Description:
     
    In this position, you will be responsible for managing costs, schedules, and performances during development of complex IT projects that support a large user base, and include large-scale agency resource planning.
     
    Position Responsibilities:
     

    • Develop and implement project management procedures, tools, templates, activities, and infrastructure.
    • Evaluate, monitor, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures.
    • Keep abreast of latest IT advances and industry best practices.
    • Identify customers' requirements and standards for infrastructure configuration or change management; participates in change control (for example, reviewing configuration change requests); develops information systems testing strategies, plans, or scenarios.
    • Support the planning and integration of information systems subsystems; and ensures appropriate product-related training and documentation are available for the community and to support testing.
    • Leverage expert knowledge of agency-wide information, computer and computer network security programs to support the development and implementation of information systems security plans and procedures.
    • Participate in analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or other research including analyzing information systems requirements and environments.
    • Coordinate or develops enterprise information technology business case analysis.
    • Support the development of information management support plan and determines operating expenses.
    • Provide input to the planning, programming, and budgeting of IT requirements.
