Responsibilities: Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Develop new concepts based on input Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Compensation: $12 - $17 hourly
